A LITTLE DIRECTION
Great voice acting
starts with listening.
You do not need to sound exactly like the character. Start by matching their rhythm: where they breathe, which word they stress and how quickly their mood changes. Then bring something of your own.
For a cleaner take, use headphones so the reference audio does not bleed into your microphone. Try a quiet room, stay a consistent distance from the mic and start with a short scene.
This browser studio focuses on recording and replay. It does not award an imitation score or promise that your voice will match a character.

What is Choicer Voicer?
It is a browser voice acting experience: choose a community scene, listen to the original lines, record your version and watch the scene with your own dub. This independent browser project is not affiliated with the original game developers.
Is it free, and do I need an account?
You can browse scenes, record and replay for free without signing in. Google sign-in is optional.
Does it work on phones?
The interface adapts to phones and tablets. Recording requires a browser that supports microphone access and MediaRecorder. Device and browser restrictions can affect recording; a desktop browser and headphones are a useful starting point.
Where do my recordings go?
Your recordings remain in the current browser tab. They are not uploaded to our server. Download the takes you want to keep before reloading, leaving the page or changing scenes.
Why is my microphone not working?
Check this site’s microphone permission, your system’s input device and whether another app is using the mic. HTTPS is required outside localhost. You can browse and listen without granting microphone access.
Does this version include multiplayer or automatic scores?
This version is a single-player dubbing studio. It does not include multiplayer rooms, voice similarity scores or an automatic judging panel. You can listen back and improve each take at your own pace.
Who made the scenes?
The library credits community pack creators. Characters, source footage and original audio belong to their respective owners. Scene availability does not imply ownership of those works by this website.
